Making a purchase:

 

You are able to purchase artworks and other materials from the P.V.S. Website via a secure third-party payment gateway, Paypal and/or Sqaure.

 

In order to make a purchase, you will be directed to a secure payment pop-up window. Your purchase details, personal details and credit card details for payment will be collected and used in accordance with P.V.S.’s Privacy Policy.

 

The cost of delivery of P.V.S. products or merchandise purchased by you will be calculated at the time the product is ordered, and will be incorporated into the final price of the product.

 

In order for P.V.S. to issue to you a tax receipt for products that you have purchased, you will need to provide P.V.S. with your postal address. P.V.S. will not provide you with a tax receipt recognizing your donation, products or merchandise you have ordered until payment has been processed and actually received by P.V.S.

P.V.S. and our hosting services apply security controls to protect our electronic media from unauthorized access, improper use, alteration, unlawful or accidental destruction and accidental loss.

We do not accept liability for any loss or damage you suffer as a result of using the P.V.S. We are not liable for any allergic reactions you may have from any of are paints, essential oils or substances used while participating in any of our workshops (classes). All workshops are at your own risk, P.V.S. will not be liable for any actions, irritations, sensitivities, etc.. while attending any of our workshops.  Customers are 100% responsible for knowing their own bodies and reporting any discomforts so we may  assist.

 

In particular, except to the extent required by law, we do not accept and specifically exclude liability for any business losses, or losses of data or profits, or any other direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage, which you may suffer in connection with our supply, non-supply or defective supply of the P.V.S. Website (or any part of it) or in connection with your use of P.V.S. Website (or any part of it).

 

Your obligations:

 

You must use the P.V.S. Website in a responsible manner, and in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, standards or codes.

 

You must not:

 

a. use the P.V.S. Website to send, post, transmit or communicate any information or material that is unlawful, harmful (including any virus), threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, indecent or profane or that could constitute or encourage a breach of any law;

 

b. knowingly transmit any virus, worm, Trojan horse or other disabling feature to or via the P.V.S. Website.

 

c. use the P.V.S. Website to send commercial, unsolicited or bulk electronic messages to anyone or in any other way which would constitute an infringement of the Spam Act 2003.

 

d. use the P.V.S. Website other than for its intended purpose and in accordance with its intended operation. In particular, you must not tamper with, modify, amend, disable, manipulate, reverse engineer, decompile, distort or enhance all or any part of the P.V.S. Website; or

 

e. attempt to do, or permit another person to do, any of the above acts.

f. all customers agree under this section to NOT disclose, practice or attempt to use any techniques learned in or during workshops at P.V.S. studios or any official P.V.S. offsite workshops. This includes Aromatherapy mixing techniques, all techniques practiced at P.V.S. are exclusive to P.V.S. and all rights are reserved. 

 

 

 

Returns, Refunds and/or Exchanges:

Classes, Workshops, Events, Ticket Purchases, Mural Estimates (where applies) and any other in studio or off-site events:

 

All returns under this section will be charged a $10 cancellation/processing fee. Down payments and/or reservations of any kind are not refundable. 

 

Prints of any kind, All Merchandise and Original Paintings:

 

Special/Custom orders are non-returnable.

Regular orders can be returned within 3 days of receipt in their original packaging. There will be a $15 restocking fee for all orders returned. Please notify P.V.S. by phone or email before the return. The client is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid and insured to the P.V.S. Credit issued will not include original shipping and insurance charges. We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been at all damaged. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with is positive.
